Geoff GuestPresidentGeoff has been with the LAAA since its inception and is serving a 3rd year as President of the organization. He is passionate about Langley Airport’s Canadian aviation history and for its success into the future. As a third generation Canadian aviator he acquired twenty plus years of international airline maintenance experience before serving with Transport Canada as a CASI for 17 years. He is an antique aircraft owner/restorer, holds an AME M1/M2 licence and a PPL. As a volunteer/director at the Canadian Museum of Flight and a director of the Langley Aero Club he was on the organizing team for the very successful 2025 Langley Air Fair.
Sean WalkerVice PresidentA 35 year veteran of the telecom industry, Sean has managed the deployment of advanced communication networks all over the globe.  Following in his fathers footsteps, Sean gained his PPL in 2007, and is an avid pilot, aircraft maintainer and builder.  Sean brings his aviation passion and skills to the LAAA to help shape the future of CYNJ.
Alan L. JohnsonSecretaryAlan joined the LAAA in 2024 and is the organization Secretary. Alan has had his PPL since 1988 and is a strong supporter of aviation in Canada. Alan has a BCom in Urban Land Economics from Sauder at UBC.
Ingrid TurnerTreasurerIngrid Turner joined the Board following the 2025 AGM. Ingrid earned her PPL in 1984 and has been actively involved in aviation since then with various contributions to the industry. Ingrid is our Treasurer and has a BCom in Finance.
Anthony JorgensenDirectorAnthony Jorgensen joined the Board in 2024. Anthony is co-owner of Langley Aero Structures, a Transport Canada Approved Maintenance Organization (AMO 88-04) operating at the Langley Airport.
Darryle RedlinDirectorDarryle Redlin joined the Board in 2024 and owns and operates Kodiak Aerospace at the Langley Airport, a full-service CNC machine shop with ISO9001:2015 and AS9100D certified quality management systems.
Tim NovakDirectorTim joined the LAAA in 2024 upon its inauguration. He earned his PPL rating in 1980 and has owned both amateur built and certified aircraft. Tim is an avid supporter of the Royal Canadian Air Cadets and recreational aviation in Canada.
